Making Crème Brûlée

Crème brûlée a classic French dessert consisting of a rich vanilla bean custard topped with a layer of caramelized sugar. 

Main Ingredients: Cream, sugar, egg or egg yolks, vanilla

Other names: Burned Cream, Burnt Cream or Trinity Cream

Making it may not be as good as eating it, but it’s a very fun and interesting process. In addition to the main ingredients, Chef Di’Jon has changed it up a bit by adding some coffee. This way you can have your coffee and dessert in a single dish.
